The Story Behind It

I am Peter Barbe, an ecommerce virtual assistant based in Hove, Brighton. Before starting this business, I built and ran eCommerce brands myself. That experience is the reason I can hit the ground running with your store without needing everything explained from scratch.

I started Ecommerce Assist because I kept running into the same problem: good plans sitting idle because there simply were not enough hours. Not because the ideas were wrong. Not because the effort was missing. Just because running a store solo leaves almost no room to actually move it forward.

What I Do

Once you have made the decisions, I take care of the doing. Product listings, customer emails, order tracking, inventory updates, Shopify fixes, supplier follow-ups and general store admin. Everything handled properly, without needing to be chased.
