As demand for hands-on ecommerce support grows, so does our need for skilled, reliable VAs. We're building a talent pool of experienced, UK-based professionals who know their way around the platforms and tools that power modern online stores.

Who We're Looking For

We work with solo founders and small ecommerce brands across the UK. Our clients need real support - someone who can jump into Shopify or WooCommerce and get things done, not someone learning on the job.

We're looking for VAs who are already working in ecommerce, take their work seriously, and understand the pace that comes with it. You don't need to tick every box on the skills list, but you should have solid, proven experience in at least one or two specialist areas.

The Non-Negotiables

UK-based only. We only work with VAs who are physically located in the United Kingdom. No exceptions, regardless of timezone or availability.

Professional indemnity insurance. You must hold a current, valid professional indemnity policy. This is a mandatory requirement for every VA in the talent pool.

Cyber insurance. You must also hold a current cyber insurance policy. Given the access to client stores, accounts, and data, this protects you and the clients you work with.

If you're not yet insured, please get that sorted before applying. We can't take the process forward without both policies in place.

Joining the talent pool doesn't mean guaranteed work right away. It means we have your details on file, we understand what you do, and when a client brief matches your skill set, we'll reach out.

We keep the network intentional. A smaller group of trusted, well-matched VAs is more useful than a sprawling list of people we've never spoken to. When you're brought in on a client, you'll get a clear brief, fair expectations, and support where it's needed.
